Payment Options
Freedom Functional Medicine does not accept insurance payments but will provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance upon request. Many insurance carriers do not provide coverage for functional medicine testing or treatment, and each client is unlikely to receive reimbursement. In order to find the origin of your symptoms, it is imperative to perform advanced testing beyond what you would receive from your medical doctor. Each client will receive the laboratory tests at wholesale pricing and supplements through the supplement store with a 10% discount.
We do accept HSA and FSA payments for services provided.
